Vindex is a brand of Quorax Limited Liability Company, a company registered in Wyoming (USA), with its address at 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, 3368, New York, NY 10013, United States. For anything about this site, the brand or your data, write to hello@vindex.watch: we answer ourselves.
What this site is
vindex.watch presents Vindex watches, explains how they are made and checked, and lets you request access to an assignment and, once sales open, buy. The terms of purchase are in the Terms of sale and the handling of your data in the Privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The Vindex name, the emblem (the shield with the sword and the V), the names Civis and Aeternum, the texts, photographs, videos, the design of the watches and of this site belong to Quorax Limited Liability Company or are used with permission. You may quote and link to the site and share its pages. You may not reproduce its contents for commercial purposes or use the brand or emblem without written permission.
Use of the site
We ask you to use the site in good faith: without trying to reach private areas, signing up other people's details or automating requests. Access requests do not count until the person confirms their email, precisely so that nobody can sign up someone else.
Liability
We try to keep everything published accurate and we correct it, with a date, in the Journal when it is not. Even so, technical information can change between publication and delivery: what applies to your watch is what appears in its Vindex Record and on your invoice. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.
Governing law
This notice is governed by the law of the owner's domicile. If you are a consumer, you keep in any case the protection given to you by the law of your country of residence.
