Privacy policy

This describes exactly what we do with your data today. For anything to do with it, email hello@vindex.watch and we'll answer you ourselves.

Today the only thing we collect is your email address, when you leave it in the notify field for the opening of reservations. We store the address and the language you're browsing in, nothing else, and we use it for one thing: to write to you the day reservations for the Civis open. When you leave it you get an acknowledgement with a one-click unsubscribe link, and that link keeps working for good. Once you unsubscribe, the address is deleted entirely thirty days later. We don't send you marketing, we don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone other than our hosting and email providers and, only if you accept visit measurement, Google Analytics. Visit measurement is optional: we ask once when you arrive and, if you decline, nothing loads. If you accept, Google Analytics records page views, where the visit came from and the device type, with the IP anonymized. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser: the notice will appear again. When reservations open we'll also ask for your first and last name, your phone and your postal address, and that page will explain then what each detail is for and how long it's kept. Until that day we ask for none of it. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at hello@vindex.watch. We do it and confirm.
