Vindex Aeternum
History turned into matter.
Aeternum gathers the Vindex projects conceived as closed series. Each one starts from a historical episode and develops its own architecture, materials, finishing and movement from it. When a series ends, it stays closed. The first project starts from the 1565 tornaviaje and is in development.
Closed series
Every production run is defined before it starts. Its pieces are numbered and the series is not reissued once it ends.
History as origin
Every project starts from a documented episode. History sets the direction of the watch; it is not added as decoration at the end.
Its own development
Each series may call for its own construction, materials, finishing and movement.

UrdanetaThe first Aeternum project starts from the tornaviaje of 1565: the return route across the Pacific associated with Andrés de Urdaneta.
We are not looking to illustrate the episode on a dial. We are looking to translate it into decisions of material, proportion, construction and detail.

The project is still in development. Materials, movement, dimensions and the final number of pieces will be published once the reference is closed.
