Every Vindex is born with a Record of its own, tied to its serial number. It begins the day the piece is finished and is built to stay with it for life: origin, checks, delivery, service, interventions and provenance.

The Record does not describe a reference in the abstract. It documents one particular unit. On the Civis it begins with the seven checks of the protocol, their results and who completed them.

Access to the Vindex Record

    Open the record

    The NFC card opens the piece's Record from a compatible phone, with no app to install. The card is a way in; the record exists independently of it.

    Identify the piece

    The Record shows the reference, the individual number and the data recorded for that unit from its origin.

  3. 03

    The history starts here

    Delivery sets the first milestone of ownership and service. From there, the Record is built to grow with the history of the piece.
