Every unit is assembled and checked one at a time
A Civis does not go from a cardboard box straight to a shipping label. It is assembled, regulated, checked and tested, and every one of those steps is recorded. What gets measured on each watch is published, check by check.

Doing that work properly sets a real pace, and that pace is slow. Units go out in small assignments rather than large batches, because the bottleneck is the verification, not the demand.
The wait is long. We would rather say so now than later.
What requesting access means
You leave your details and some context about yourself. When units are available, we write to you.
Requesting does not reserve a unit. There is no queue, no number and no position being held: signing up tells us you are interested, and nothing more.
